Cold breakfast or cold lunch

If you have to leave the hotel before the opening of the restaurant, you can request a cold breakfast at reception until 18.00 the day before. If you go on an excursion you can request a picnic. Free service on a Full Board basis. Otherwise, do not hesitate to contact us.

Contact reception if you find something that is not working properly.

Change of sheets

You can request the daily change of sheets at reception.

Change of towels

Water is a scarce commodity, detergents are toxic for the environment.

You can request an iron and/or ironing board at reception. The service is completely free. Refundable deposit of 20€

If you need more than four amenities you can request 6 at reception, they can be charged separately.

Travel cot

In case you have a baby and need a cot, please contact reception. Free service.

We would like to remind you of the importance of keeping your room in minimum conditions of health and hygiene so that our cleaning department can carry out its tasks efficiently.

Please do not leave clothes, bottles, shoes or other objects scattered around the room to facilitate the cleaning work, as the staff should not interfere with your personal belongings in order to carry out their duties.

In the event that a room does not comply with the minimum conditions mentioned above, we will be obliged to exempt ourselves from cleaning it.
